Mean what you say

Some people tend to say things but don't actually mean it. Like my favourite "Don't worry, if cannot just say cannot".

But what happens when you say "cannot"?

This is what happens. They go "Errr.... why cannot ah? Can lah can lah can lah pwweeeaaasssseeee" or something similar which in the end, you'll end up saying "Can". So what's the point of saying it's ok to say no, but when the situation arises, it is not ok?

Weird, right?

Oh well....
