Waaahhh....I've been a lazy gal the past few days. Not really totally lazy...kind of lazy and busy. Nyohohoh...~!

Wanna blog about what happened yesterday. For starters, my feet hurts like hell. Again, I forgot that I was going to walk a lot so I wore high heels. Lucky there were no blisters as mine is those strappy kind. But...but... My toes hurt. :( Straight after my mid term exam for International Accounting, I drove to Notre Dame with Ee Lin to meet up with Thye Shin. Fetched him from there and we were off to Plaza Hang Tuah to buy his leather jacket. (I'm going to keep some parts of the 'trip' and also some parts of the 'purchase' out as Thye Shin might kill me if I posted about it).

Since he had work at 4, I sent him back to Notre Dame and parked my car there. ^_^ Myself and Ee Lin went to Fajar and some shop houses nearby to shop (what else). Hehehe... we bought the stuffs for the hampers in Fajar and also sugar paper and wrapping papers. We look like 2 makciks coming back from Fajar (climbing the overhead bridge and all also) cos we were carrying 7 tins of biscuits plus some carbonated drinks. I was soooo afraid I'll fall when I step onto the escalator. Yokatta...I'm all safe.

We reached home about 6.45 PM (cos we could not wait for Thye Shin to finish work....dunno what else to do and we were dead tired) and Ee Lin's place became a storeroom for EMiNA once again. ^_^

But it was not so bad compared to the one where I ran all over campus to settle the cosplay competition thing. What's worst is that for dinner, we headed out to Jaya Jusco and I just had to wear a dress. And wearing slippers with dresses are soooooo not right so I wore my sweet yellow high heel shoes. And my toes were hurting again. >_< Ouch.

After I'm back from JJ, I went out AGAIN to meet up with Kok Ee and his friend. Since I did not change, I wore my high heels again. >_< Better start getting more low heeled sandals to fit with my dresses. Yam cha till 12.00 AM and we went out seperate ways...

I had a nightmare today and I almost cried I think. It was about the EMiNA Cosplay Competition 2004 and I dreamt that I had test on the day of the event and had to leave everything to run by itself. And I kinda invited some important people, people who were experts in organising cosplay events and they were dead angry at me for leaving it likewise. Plus, plus, I did not even cosplay nor did I manage to see anyone perform. *cries* Uwaaaahhhh.... I hope that all my planning and all the work we did for the cosplay will pay off on the day itself. :( I'm hoping that this is not a bad sign. I just want it to go smoothly and perfectly. It's only 6 days more to the said date and.... I'm not done with my costume. Kyyaaaa.....

Woahh....I saw a rugged guy who looks like a ganster in pasar malam today. He was wearing 6 earings on his left ear (can't see his right ear) and he had a nose ring too if I'm not mistaken. Clad in black, sleeveless top and baggy pants. And guess what he was holding in his hands? A shopping list!!! Awwww..... this is really a case where one should not judge a book by it's cover. 'Met' him at a stall selling eggs actually and my curiosity got the best of me cos I was wondering why would he be standing there. I think that he would be a good example to all those gangster like guys actually. You can be cool and hip and hot and all rounder a bad boy but when it comes to home stuff, you got to do it as well. ^_^

And since the hot topic now is about leng chai's or cute guys or handsome guys, there is actually a cute guy working in Pantai Medical Center. Well, not actually part of Pantai but he's working at a private cafeteria within Pantai. And he ain't that bad looking I'd say. Rather....cute. :D Only one down thing....he's a little blur on stuff and I found out that he could not actually speak English well...ah, darn. Should have started the conversation in Mandarin though my Mandarin sucks. Well, the first time I met him was when I was having lunch with my dad and bro. Today my mum asked me to buy some bread there and what do you know? He looks even cuter today. Kyyyaaaaa..... ^_^ Though I did not talk cos I just took the bread to the counter, gave him the money and said thank you. Awwwww.....

Seems that little Miss Legolase is getting all cheeky now eh? Kekeke.... perhaps it's just cos my luck in bumping into cute guys are more these days. Hehehe... =)

Oh, and by the way....there are actually 3 or 4 more posts before the tripping in front of the cute guy post, ya? Just in case some people did not know.

UUuuwwwwaaaahhhh........:(

I can just cry out loud and screammmm!!!!! Lemme calm down a while and tell you of a story which happened today....

Once upon a time...*whacks self...be serious*

Ok, ok.... Today *sounds so lame... T_T*

Begin already..... So today I had classes like normal and all. And it's normal for me to go have lunch at 3 PM after my Auditing tutorial. (Though today I cooked lunch earlier so I did not really eat lunch...still, destination from 3 to 4 PM was Plaza Siswa) I have no idea why but today, we (Kok Ee, Ee Lin, Gek Suan and I) did not take the stairs, instead we waited for the lift. Fine... So we were there making jokes and all in the lift (some buttons were missing) and I told Ee Lin that even though the 'open door' button was missing, we can still activate that function and if there was the button, then it will also light up as well. How? By pushing the pushable part of the door. The lift will detect that the door must be open, thus the 'open door' light will be on. Well, that ain't so important.... I wanted to show her actually so when the lift reached ground floor, I pushed the pushable part of the door and said something to her. But seeing there were so many people who wanted to get into the lift, I decided to show her another day (if she does not get it....I think she got it even without me showing) and stepped out. I have no idea why but I tripped because there was something about 2 - 3 inches from the ground blocking my leg. Did not fall or anything though cos I was holding on to the door. Thing is, there was this tremendous good looking guy right in front of me, waiting to get in, and all I did was trip in front of him. There goes my chances of ever getting to know him better. Even if he does remember my face, he will recognise me as the klutz who tripped while exiting the lift in front of him. >_< Kyyyyaaaaa...... *screams in pillow like Lilo* So, yeah....I was like sooooooooo angry at myself. Argh!!!! You should ask Ee Lin or Gek Suan if you wanna know how I felt actually. Oh, can ask Kok Ee also. To sum it up: AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!! *slaps own face ~ left, right, left, right*

After that was same old thing...hands hurt when copying tutorial answers, went to hospital and was glad to see my grandma can start eating soft things like mee sua and oatmeal. Now back here and posting.

AAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *still not over it*

Nothing much happened today...same old story...class, boring, drew, scribbled, etc.

But since Mdm Flora will not be teaching us till next month, we were expecting a replacement lecturer for the time being to give us our weekly dose of Business Law. Unfortunately, he did not appear. Either he forgot or he did not even know is beyond my thoughts. Since we had no class, Diana mentioned she was going to Hang Tuah Mall to buy some pirated CDs (those who wanna catch a consumer of pirated stuff, be my guest :D)

We went in 2 seperate cars cos Amelia wanted to go back home first and I needed to be back by 5 PM. Amelia with Diana, myself with Kok Ee, Ee Lin and Gek Suan. We did not bump into each other there though. Hahahaa...seems that I was waiting for Diana's call and she was waiting for mine. >_<

Anyways, we (Kok Ee, Ee Lin, Gek Suan and I) have earlier decided to stop by a waffle shop in Hang Tuah Mall to grab their waffles which smell oh-so-nice-till-you-drool-over-it. I went there for one reason. My mission to find cosplay stuff. Clothes for Thye Shin and little trinkets for my props. Managed to find the jacket Thye Shin wanted (though might not be 100% similar) at a much cheaper price...about 50% the price we saw at Mahkota Parade. And it was much nicer than those at MP too. Saw some other clothes that would be possible for me to buy later on for future cosplays. ^_^ Though did not hit big with the trinklets cos after finding the jacket, I was so much more relieved and I abandoned my secondary objective. ^^;; We did get to eat our waffle but the honey they gave was soooooo little. Kedekut people!! I want my honey!!! (somehow that sounded so desperate >_<) Managed to find one thing for my props though....on our way back home. It was those meatball sized beads I needed but the ones I saw were on earrings. Might just buy that and cut the beads off the earrings. O.O No choice lah...

Managed to get home in time, only to find out that I did not have to rush cos I did not have to go to the hospital that early....I went at 6 PM in the end and came back at about 8 PM. Went home, ate, online, slept. Ohh....and from today onwards, you guys will see less of me online after midnight cos I'm supposed to be in bed latest at 1 AM now. >_<

We had a meeting today regarding the EMiNA Cosplay Competition 2004 (6th March if you forgot) and I can see that this time, the planning is waaaaaaaay better than the first. And also, we are very early to start preparing everything....maybe except for certain things which we are waiting for confirmation from the specific departments.

There were only a few absentees so we basically had majority when voting for certain tasks to be done when and everything likewise. Oh, and I saw Shu Yin's beautiful fanarts which made me drooool sooooo much. Ano kakkoi no otoko no e wa hoshi desu.... (I want that drawing of the cool guy) We (Diana, Thye Shin, Lai Ching, Alisa, Ee Lin and me) headed off to Jaya Jusco after that for some early dinner at Windmills and then later for a little shopping. Looks like the gloves Thye Shin wanted to buy was not suitable and the spray paint we wanted to get was waaaaay too expensive. >_<

A little more shopping and we went our seperate ways back home.

Yay! Happy Valentine's Day to all the lovers out there. But an even bigger wish for all my friends out there who I love oh-so-much....*muacks*

Well, today would be the day I see so many people feeling sad, lonely, abandoned,.... what else? Well, for me, I take it like any other day except perhaps for the sms received and given out (Lai Ching: Really sorry about that 2003 thing...forgot to edit lah... hahaha...). Lemme see, I spent half the evening at Pantai Medical Centre attending to my grandma (pat toh with her for V-Day) and then I got an sms from Alisa, asking me wanna go out tonight or not.

Hahaha...so I did. Alisa, Huwi Yin, Diana and myself went out for a drink at about 9.45 PM (I drove). We planned to head off to Juice Joint but as we passed the shop, Diana said that it was full so we decided to go to Gula Melaka instead. Surprisingly, we met Thye Shin along the main road while queuing at the traffic light. He was with his grandma and 2 small girls at the back....or so I thought so....I kinda found out later that one of the 'small girls' was actually his mum. >_< And I shouted, "Happy Valentine's Day... 3 chics in the car wei...." Either his mum would be pleased to hear that she's a chic or she might think I'm pure crazy. ~~>_<~~ Anyhow, not to waste time, I sped off once the light was green and even beat the red like. *sniggers*

With the jam, it was almost 10.30 upon reaching Gula Melaka. And too bad for us, the car park was full. It ain't big either and we were unlucky. Having doubts that Juice Joint is full, I drove there again and we got down to check this time. As I suspected, it was not full but the atmosphere was so nice. The place was decorated really nicely actually. ^_^ Brought out the Valentine's mood with all the love shaped paper cuttings hanging from the wall. =)

By the time we sat down, it was 1 hour from our departure time so....I kinda wasted that much time on the road. Messaged Ee Lin cos I know she was at Mahkota Parade with Ah Wei and told them that we're in Juice Joint so they can join us if they wanted. They arrived about 11.30 PM and we all left about 12.15 AM latest. Too bad Lai Ching was not able to join us as she was not free until 12 AM....and by the time she reached, we would have gone home already. >_< Don't worry, another day, ya?

All in all, it was a nice time drinking ice blended sour plum juice and sitting there reading Cleo and Lao Fu Zhi (a chinese comic) ~ yeah, they provide reading material and some games to customers ~ but it was a little boring there actually. No offence to those who went but I felt a little bored there.... :( Oh yeah, and I don't know why but I had a sudden crave to eat something there but then my willpower was fortunately strong enough to prevent me from buying some fried noodles for supper. Diet desu yo~!

Ah heck...went to STAD today since yesterday was like....after office hours so I went to pay a visit to Pn Fauzianita. Too bad she's on medical leave from now till 17th....so, got to wait till then before I can meet her and ask her about the selling of stuffs thingie.

Already got the confirmation from APAC today regarding the CLC booking and it was approved. Better make sure I print it out just in case some people said they booked it. >_< Also, I sent an e-mail to FMD stating that we won't be selling anything for the time being. Until we get confirmation from Pn Fauzianita that it.... want them to make sure that the partitions, the tables, chairs and stage is ready for us...us... who booked first.

Ooohhh...and I saw Mr Yusri today and he was wearing a purple colour (not that dark, not that light) long sleeved v-neck t-shirt. And since he's like so damn thin, he looked sooooo gay. *shudders* I just hope I do not bump into him when he's with his gay partner.... *shudders more*

Dang, I'm supposed to blog about another funny thing that happened today but I can't recall it from my memory...blast it. >:( If I'm not mistaken, it's something to do with a girl..... a negress perhaps.... but I have no idea what. >_< If I remember, I'll blog, ok? ^_^

Thursday, February 12, 2004

I'm soooo beat. Spent 2 hours running around campus (yeah, literally) so that the cosplay competition will have it's venue, the stage and everything else. Basically I went to STAD to change the date of the event yesterday cos they did not approve the previous date due to some clash with mid terms. And the main hall is fully booked till the end of March. That left me with only two choices. Exam Hall or CLC Concourse. After discussing with a few friends and committees, it was edged more towards CLC Concourse cos Exam Hall was just too out-of-the-way. Anyhow, I went to STAD and asked Mr. Syukor which he thought was better. And he said CLC. So, it all went for CLC. Got the official letters done and went to STAD today to get them signed. After which I went to APAC....and I kinda forgot where was it situated so I climbed all 5 floors of FOSEE, only to remember it's at the FBL Block. Went there and climbed till the 4th floor (cos that's where it's located) but there was no one in the office. Curses! So, I decided to head on to FMD to pass in the form to book the stage, partitions, tables and chairs. They asked me whether I've confirmed with APAC or not and I said yes. Hehehe...told a white lie but if not, then I would be stuck. They also asked me whether I will be selling anything during the event....and I said yeah...T-shirts, posters and drinks. And they asked me to refer to OCBC. The heck I knew where it is....but lucky I was smart and asked. Found out that it was situated in Finance Division and I was to ask for a Kak Fazilah. On the way to finance, I decided to try my luck going to APAC again (I climbed again cos they were so many people waiting for the elevator) and lucky for me, there was an officer there. The door was lock so the first thing which came to my mind was, "Don't tell me it's after office hours already." The kakak there just opened it and asked me how can she be of assistant. I told her about the CLC thing and that Justin has already enquired earlier but they said they needed a formal letter. She asked me for a description of Justin and when she was satisfied, she took the letter, asked me to write down my e-mail and she'll send a confirmation once the CLC is confirmed free and is booked under EMiNA. Yes!!! Two departments down (STAD and APAC). Off to OCBC, and met Kak Fazilah there. She said that I'll have to fill in a form and return it back to her ASAP. And it needs the approval of STAD....so add another department so I had 3 more to go. Went to STAD and asked for Mr Syukor's signature. He told me that since this was interior, we did not need to actually go through OCBC. But he signed anyway in case they needed the form. He was nice enough to advise me that I should go to FMD, tell them it's internal event and that there's no profit cos it's only for members. Headed to FMD, talked to Kak Siti again and after hearing my story, she called up Kak Fazilah of OCBC. And after the call, unfortunately OCBC stated that even if it was selling only a single stalk of rose, we have to go through OCBC. And the person to refer to in STAD was not Mr Syukor but supposedly another assistant director which I think is Pn Fauzianita or something like that. Since it was so late and almost 5, which means people are going back (.....don't wanna kacau them in their process of finishing work else they'll not approve my matters....that's what I think anyways), I decided to call it a day and only meet Pn Fauzianita tomorrow. I don't know why but as I exited FMD, I kinda cried a little from the pressure. Hehehe...don't know the actual reason even but it was good to calm me down. Called Ee Lin to whine to her and saw Mdm Flora along the way. Saw Shu Yin so I ended my call to Ee Lin and whined more to Shu Yin. We came to a conclusion about the selling of stuff and that was to tell FMD that we're not selling anything but we'll sell on that day. I don't think they'll check since it's the first Saturday of the month and most people won't be on duty then. ^_^ Went straight to the hospital from campus and stayed there till about 8.00 PM. So, basically I was out from 3 to 8 PM and I'm really taxed to the max.

One thing to remember though: Never, never, never try to handle all the paperwork for an event while running around with high heels. *rubs feet* >_<

Notes:
FBL - Faculty of Business and Law
FOSEE - Dunno, but for pre-u students
APAC - Have no idea but they handle the booking of venues
STAD - Student Administration and Sports Division
FMD - Facilities Management Division

Hahaha...there was something I wanted to post last night but I got too hooked up on chatting and I totally forgot about the blog post....and today I kinda forgot what I wanted to blog about. NOOOOO!!!!!!

Well....I somehow can't remember anymore on the stuff I wanna type but if anyone got a nice picture of Zell, please please please pass to me, ok? Front, back, left, right side, anything. Cos I'm helping someone do that costume. For now, I'm helping (besides myself) 3 people find/make/modify their costumes so I've got a handful. Don't think I'll be taking any more 'orders'. Hehehe.... Oh, and don't ask me who or what costumes they are. Besides the Zell above, you won't know anything else from me. Especially one of them cos it's going to be a HUGE surprise to I think almost everyone.

Anyways, EMiNA cosplay competition 2004 will most likely be held on 6th March 2004 if either the exam hall or CLC is free. A friend of mine told me that CLC will mean it's too open and it's near the mosque so if the same incident (like the one during the cosplay event) happened when we have a very skimpy dressed girl, I don't think it's respecting the mosque and all. Exam hall is better in the sense that it's closed and it's air conditioned and all. But the number of attendees might not be plentiful. I thought about the President's Square also but I'm thinking it will be rather hot and maybe we can plan it for further events.

Oh yes....remembered what I was going to post earlier (1 out of 2 though...I had 2 to post...hope I remember what's the next one). Here goes:

I'm now confused to whether I'm being overly sensitive on certain things people say and over-reacting later or I'm just in the right position to do so. You think after all you've been through, you can tolerate anything verbal from people. Too bad you're wrong. You can tolerate more verbal things that people say but not ALL verbal things. We have two ears for a reason (just something mentioned by Mdm Flora), to go in one and out the other. I agree. But there are sometimes that the things that come in one ear gets stuck halfway before exiting so it does seem mean. I've told 4 people my story and 2 agreed that I should be angry and the other 2 said I was over-reacting. So, it's still a 50:50 ratio. Will ask maybe another 6 people to get a better sample data. (Sorry me is a crazy maths freak)

Ah...speaking of maths....It's soooooo nice to help my two cousins with their maths questions. One is in Alpha Management and the other is in Form 4. Teaching them and helping them was so much of a plessure. It's like being high or something. Hahahaha.... can't help it. One whole year without maths already. Surely high lah when it comes back into my life. Thinking of giving tuition actually to kids. Don't think am qualified to teach upper secondary but maybe can teach lower secondary. Or maybe primary? ^_^ I already have all the stuffs required cos my dad's giving tuition anyways. Uuuwwwaaaaaa......income!~!!!!! How I wish it can come true...

Aih....dreams....

Finally Chinese New Year is over. For those who failed to collect more ang pao by visiting friends......like me, then you'll just have to wait for next year. My only regret is not being able (not very free) to visit a few friend's house like Lai Ching's, Raelynne's, How Zan's, Huay Yin's, Li Yong's and Wei Kuei's. Well, time was not on my side and to top that, not many friends visited me either. Those who promised to come did not, and I was expecting this actually cos I think it's something I did wrong 2 years ago. Since then, she never visited my house for Chinese New Year anymore. She knows well enough that her time to visit is always the second day when my mum will normally cook a little something to eat for her and Alisa. (This year Lai Ching supposed to come but never so I sebat the rendang lah....ehhee...)

Anyways, I hope to visit all their houses next year cos I really regret it. It's not the ang pao but it's the tradition of visiting a friend's house, close friends especially for new year. :( Well, my grandmother had a mild stroke actually so I was constantly going to the hospital to visit her and all. I was there from 4PM till 8PM yesterday and I experienced a lot of things which made me feel sad. And hearing what Mdm Flora of my Business Law class said (she told us a story), made me feel even more sympathy. Well, she'll be going off next Saturday and someone else would be replacing her for about 3 weeks. NNNOOOOOOOOO..... I hope the other would be just as good cos I'm scared I can't cope up.

Anyways, postings will be less frequent but will be done during spare times, ok? Can't do this everyday lah. Very busy. :)
